You may decide you do not need a doula to visit your home daily, yet you are

unsure about how to care for this precious newborn you are about to bring

home. How often do I feed her and how do I know when she has had enough

to eat? Is she gaining weight? How do you give a newborn a bath with the

umbilical cord still attached? After it falls off? What about sleeping and

schedules, burping and spitting up, feeding positions and fussiness ......... and

when will I take a shower????

Relax, it will all be fine, it just might take a little while to figure it all out. I

can visit with you for weekly visits, once or twice a week or every other

week, if you prefer. These visits will answer your questions and provide you

with a little peace of mind. They can be scheduled in advance or you can call

last minute and I will make time for you.
