Testimonials from Wonderful Clients Since 2001
“Linda is a wonderful and loving doula! An absolute blessing! We met when I was pregnant with my twin girls and my older daughters were 5 and 7. Her guidance, wisdom and knowledge helped me tremendously. My immediate anxiety over bringing the twins home was put to ease knowing that I had Linda. She lovingly cared for me and my babies. She encouraged me and guided me through nursing twins and always making sure I was hydrated and fed. Not only did she care for my entire family, but she made sure my household was managed and running smoothly when I was unable to. Her knowledge with multiples in particular was extremely valuable and I can not imagine raising my twins without her! My twins are now three years old and Linda has become a part of our family. My older daughters love her and value the time they spend with her. I consider her a very dear friend and she continues to help me with my four daughters! She’s amazing! I highly recommend her!”

“Thank Gd for Linda. She helped us in so many ways, its amazing. We hired her as a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist (which is special in itself, because not many people can do both). She nursed me back to health after my C-section while caring so lovingly for my little boy. She taught us how to organize baby things, gave great recommendations on baby items, and taught us how to care for our baby. She helped me learn how to nurse as well, including recommending a bottle that solved my breastfeeding problem. She also helped with my nieces and did an amazing job getting them on a sleep schedule and sleeping through the night by four months. Having Linda felt like having an aunt, a friend, a nurse, and a therapist here at a time when I needed them all. I honestly can’t recommend her enough.”

“As a single new mom, I couldn’t have done it without Linda’s help!! I would have given up nursing 100 times if not for her support and encouragement, all while making sure I was comfortable, fed, house and dog were taken care of, and baby was taken care of better than I could have imagined! She taught me things I never knew I would have to learn or even thought of, like organizing all our things. Her kind and gentle personality was never overwhelming (as I anticipated it would be, since I was against having ANY help at first!…. What was I thinking???) I would have been lost without the amazing support of a doula and would highly recommend Linda to anyone and everyone who is pregnant or has a baby! (I even got a shower and slept every day after giving birth and was able to nurse for seven months thanks to Linda’s ongoing support!)We were VERY lucky to have such a wonderful help!!”

“I don’t know what I would have done without Linda. At 20 weeks I was diagnosed with a condition that would require me to give birth surgically. With a c-section eminent, we were in complete shock. We had no idea what to do. We knew we needed help, but we never had help before and didn’t know where to turn. We’ve never so much as hired a babysitter! I thought a doula was for assistance during childbirth. Boy, was I wrong! I learned about postpartum doulas from my OB/GYN. Sometimes, if you’re lucky, they are covered under insurance. If you have ever or are currently considering hiring a postpartum doula, hire this woman! She is highly professional and educated in the realm of infant/toddler/postpartum mother care, super kind and generous and she knows what you need before you even ask. Need I say more? Okay….. she’ll also cook for you and play with your older child while you tend to your baby and yourself. or, she’ll snuggle with your baby, while you play with your older child. Basically, she’ll do whatever you need her to do to help. If this sounds too good to be true, I totally understand, but trust me; she’s for real. We ALL miss her every day.”

"When our daughter was born we got her home and my mother-in-law stayed with us for the first few weeks. When she left, my wife and I suddenly realized we were brand new, completely exhausted parents. We found Linda through panicked Google searching and took a chance. Linda came to our home and had an instant calming effect on everything. she walked in and immediately went to work establishing a routine, offering non judgmental advice, made delicious meals out of anything that was available, organized the baby clothes, let mom and dad get some rest, and even insisted that we go out to dinner! When we found out that we were going to have another baby a few years later, Linda was the first call we made before anyone else heard the news. She once again was welcomed into our family and made everyone's lives that much better. She is a professional and will make a positive impact in your family, I'm sure of it."
"I could not recommend Linda enough. We were so lucky to be able to have Linda as a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist after we welcomed our daughter. Linda taught my husband and I about our new role as parents in such a thorough, energetic, caring and non-judgmental way. She had so many great recommendations and tips that we still use to this day. We truly don't know what we would have done with out her in those early days of parenthood. She is also an extremely knowledgable and compassionate lactation counselor. She helped me throughout my breastfeeding journey (even after her day to day services ended) and is definitely one of the reasons I was able to meet and surpass my nursing goal. Our family is just so so grateful to have met Linda and had her support, and we hope to work with her again in the future."
"Linda was amazing as our postpartum doula. Her kindness, wisdom, and genuine care were key during those wild early days of parenthood. She was not just there for our daughter; she took care of us too, ensuring we felt supported and cared for in every way. Whether it was answering our endless stream of questions or simply being a comforting presence, Linda always went above and beyond. She checked in on my well-being, whipped up delicious meals, and gave us moments of peace where we could just relax knowing our baby was in good hands. We only wish she could have stayed with us longer. If you're on the hunt for someone truly exceptional to help navigate the rollercoaster ride of new parenthood, I can't recommend Linda highly enough."
"Linda is nothing short of amazing! If you are on the fence about a post-partum doula, I can not recommend it enough, especially if you are a first time parent or parents of multiples! My husband and I hired Linda to learn all the things as first-time parents. She is warm, compassionate, and a "second mother" to our family. She taught us everything we needed to know as first-time parents and really helped mold us in to confident, competent parents. I loved that she had already curated lists for all the things you need for a newborn, what to buy for a nursery, and specialized toy lists by age groups. That really helped me from over buying things that our little one would outgrow quickly. She draws from her 20+ years of experience and, as she says, "gives you the information so you can make a decision that is right for you and your family". Linda truly does it all, everything from helping us on the day of our daughters newborn photos, to helping attend pediatrician appointments with me and baby, to teaching us infant massage. Our family always felt cared for, supported, and loved in her extremely competent hands. I am confident that Linda will bring the same love, support and gently guidance to your family."
"Linda was a lifesaver those first months home with our newborn. She taught us so much in terms of newborn care and helped us adjust to life as parents. Not to mention she allowed me to get some naps in and made sure I ate once my husband returned to work and I was otherwise home alone with the baby!"
"Linda was amazing. She helped us ease into being new parents. I remember crying when I first met her because I was overwhelmed with the situation, (we brought home a two month premature baby, and my husband and I did not see eye-to-eye on how to care for the baby), but Linda gave the warmest hug and immediately helped us navigate and taught us how to care for the baby, as well as teaching me how to breastfeed. It was stressful at times (especially when our baby didn't poop well), but we cruised through with her guidance. Highly, highly recommend her!!! To this day, she reaches out to check on us. You know she loves her job and babies!!"
"Linda is a special person and doula. We had her post partum for my second son and she kept our family going and cared for with the utmost love and attention to detail. I had health complications post partum and had to go back to the hospital. She supported me as I pumped to get my milk supply going, fed and cared for my newborn, fed and cared for my first born and also supported my husband emotionally. Upon returning home, she made sure I ate well and rested as much as possible and she listened. She took care of me like a mother would. I cannot recommend her enough and am so thankful to have had Linda with us."
"I greatly appreciate Linda's help with my twin boys!! It was wonderful having the extra help when I came home from the hospital. She taught me so much about caring for newborns, as well as twins in general. I highly recommend her services!!"
"Linda taught us so much about caring for twins, while also caring for our two year old. Everything from how to bathe and feed them, to getting them on a schedule, to helping big sis adjust to her new normal. She also made sure I was fed and fueled, and made sure I was bale to recover after delivery. She did all of this with a good sense of humor, helping us see the positive side when we were stressed. We will always treasure the time we had with her, and she is "Aunty Linda" to my kids."
"This was my second child, but this time I had a c-section and it was not easy to balance handling a toddler and a newborn while healing. The doula support definitely helped make my coming home from the hospital more calm, comfortable and helped make me feel confident. Lindas expertise of baby and beyond was invaluable!! Linda helped even more than just the baby, she helped ME; she would find little jobs around the house, which enabled me to pay attention to my baby, (while I was dealing with postpartum issues). She was that extra presence I didn't even know how much I needed. Through this experience, Linda went from a doula to becoming a dear friend."
"I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Linda!! As first time parents we were pretty nervous to say the least and Linda gave us so much comfort and shared plenty of wisdom from all her experiences over the years. We were nervous, tired and vulnerable and Linda was able to come in and teach us so many things, comfort us and most importantly let us sleep while she took care of our little one. She was so good with our little girl. She would make us food when we needed it and help clean/organize all the baby supplies. She also helped me tremendously with breastfeeding. I had no idea what was going on and she guided me through it all with ease and grace. I know for sure I would have quit trying after one week, if I didn't have Linda to guide me through. And it led me to continue breastfeeding for 18 months! I never would have guessed I would continue for that long. But it all got easier and I am forever grateful that Linda got me through the tough beginning. We still stay in touch :) She was an absolute pleasure to work with!"
"Linda was more than a doula during the four weeks she was with us in our home. She felt like a mother to me and a grandma to our newborn during the most precious times straight after delivery. I immediately felt comfortable with her and she gave me the ability as a new mom to breathe as I began to navigate motherhood. From coming to the house early in the morning and allowing us to take a nap while she rocked our son to sleep, to cooking breakfast for us and serving it in bed and getting dinner ready before she left in the afternoon, Linda was beyond helpful to the both of us. She also helped me navigate nursing and had so many helpful suggestions throughout those early days. Linda was absolutely wonderful with our son, she is like family and we highly recommend her!!"
"Linda helped me and my husband greatly when we got home from the hospital with our newborn son. Linda has all the qualities you could wish for in a doula. She is sweet, warm, caring, knowledgeable, energetic, and she truly loves her work. We are so happy we hired Linda and we definitely plan to rehire her in the future."
